The pipe can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a pipe cleaner. The anodized aluminum body wipes clean with warm water and mild dish soap if needed.

Normal wear from everyday use is completely fine. To be eligible for a return, the product should be clean. Returns in the original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Returns without packaging may receive a partial refund to account for restocking and repackaging.

Customers cover the cost to send items to us, and we cover return shipping after service is completed.

Normal cosmetic wear from everyday use isn’t considered a defect. Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse also isn’t covered.
